I've always been fascinated by human behavior.
How we're shaped by our families, our communities, our experiences, the invisible ways we are shaped, and the stories we inherit.
The choices we make, the patterns we repeat, and the ways we're conditioned to see ourselves have always felt deeply connected.
The more I learned, the more I realized that understanding ourselves isn't about finding a single answer. It's about looking through different lenses. Sometimes those perspectives come from psychology, sometimes from life experience, and sometimes from ancient systems that invite us to see ourselves in a new way.
